The body is a fantastic machine. It is the only machine that
runs better with increased use. Up to a point.
Personal training is most commonly used in weight lifting and
that is where the biggest part of the focus will always remain. I am
happy to help clients build a solid weight lifting routine, to spot them
while pumping the iron, to analyze each motion to ensure good form is
utilized minimizing risk of injury. This is the heart of personal
training, and we can work together to achieve your goals.
Working out in the location of your choice (I do not provide
space) I'll help motivate you, inspire you, and instruct you on the art
of building your body. If the chosen space has privacy you can choose to
have me clothed any way you want. The most common request I get is to
wear a jock strap, although clients have had me wear nothing but my
sneakers for a workout. The sessions can be as adrenaline pumping as you
want!
Personal training is not limited to pumping iron though.
Aerobic exercise (step aerobics, jogging, bicycle, etc),
bodyball workouts, or whatever exercise meets
your goals. I want to build a program that will both help you achieve
the desired results and be enjoyable and entertaining enough to maintain
your interest so you won't be tempted to give up.
